Does this switch require zigbee hub to work?

It requires their own zigbee hub. It does not follow 3.0 standards. I tried via ZHA with no luck and see the same issues on the home-assistant forums.
I'm returning mine.

Can this moes zigbee smart touch wall light switch be connected thru a zigbee bridge made by sonoff?

Yes it can... the bridge is just a repeater so as long as you have a zigbee hub (like Smartthings, Wink, Hubitat ect....) it will work

Will this allow Alexa to detect the on/off states of Zigbee switches? I need this to be able to create routines that react to the switches.

This product did not work as a 3-way when paired with a traditional switch. Check the diagram in the product post. It shows how one of their 1-way switches can pair with this one to do the 3-way function
