Pre-installation Requirements
- Power Off: Turn off the power at the circuit breaker and use a voltage tester to verify the power is off.
- Neutral Wire: Confirm your electrical box has a Neutral wire (typically a bundle of white wires). This switch will not function without it.
- Wi-Fi: Ensure you have a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network available.

Hardware Installation
- Remove Old Switch: Label your wires before disconnecting.

App Pairing & Configuration
- Pairing Mode: Power on the switch. Press and hold any button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Add to MOES App: Open the MOES App, tap "+", and the device will be discovered automatically. Follow the prompts to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Star Feather Exclusive: 2-in-1 Mode
This switch supports both Relay Mode (controlling physical lights) and Scene Mode (functioning as a wireless remote). You can switch these modes in the App settings to trigger smart scenes like "Goodnight" or "Movie Time" with a single press.
Tips & Troubleshooting
- Haptic Feedback: Adjust the vibration intensity in the App settings (Off/Low/Medium/High).
- Touch Calibration: If the buttons are unresponsive after snapping on the glass plate, turn off the breaker for 30 seconds and turn it back on to auto-calibrate.
