2026 Lunar New Year Holiday Schedule & Shipping Updates

Dear MOES Family,

As we approach mid-February, we are preparing to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the most significant traditional festival in our culture. We are excited to welcome the Year of the Horse2026! 🐎

To allow our team to celebrate this special occasion with their families and loved ones, MOES will be taking a short break. We want to ensure you are fully informed about our holiday schedule and how it might affect your orders.

📅 Holiday Schedule
Please note the following dates regarding our operations:

Holiday Period: February 15, 2026 – February 23, 2026
Operations Resume: February 24, 2026

📦 Shipping & Order Processing
Before the Holiday: For Ordinary Shipping, we strongly recommend placing any urgent orders before February 13th. Orders placed by February 14th can still be shipped normally. Our warehouse team will work hard to dispatch all existing orders before the holiday break begins.

Express / DDP Shipping Notice:
Please note that Express / DDP shipping services will be temporarily unavailable from February 11 to February 23, 2026 due to the Lunar New Year holiday. Orders placed with these shipping methods during this period will be held and processed after services resume.

During the Holiday: You can still shop on our website 24/7! However, please be aware that shipping will be paused during the holiday period (Feb 15 - Feb 24).

After the Holiday: Normal shipping and warehouse operations will resume on February 24th. All orders placed during the break will be processed and shipped in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience as we work through the backlog upon our return.

Our customer service team will have limited access to emails and messages during this period. We will do our best to respond to urgent inquiries, but response times may be slower than usual. We will get back to everyone as soon as possible once we return.
