- Tax about the international shipping
According to warehouse inventory priority, ships from China by default, unless a shipping location list appears above.
If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped from the China distribution center, so delivery would take longer than usual to arrive.
MOES is not responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when parcel you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
For example, Grace residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. MOES is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the fee you have paid for your order.

- Not Received due to error shipping address
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, MOES is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. Please check the information of the address before you place an order.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Some carriers will leave notice if delivery was not successful.

Do you ship worldwide ?

How long will my order take ?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts;

Perfectly integrated with HomeAssistant, I managed to reach my target of T±0.1°C. It's quiet and comes with lots of adapters (2 apartments I use have 4 different adapters and they were all included.)

Bought six months ago and after a few months I fitted a usb 3v battery eliminator in each of the four I bought so they run from the mains which has been well worth the effort.
Secondly they are controlled using node red so work just as they are needed, responding to opened windows or presence at home, sunset times etc.
The item seemed to have a lot of functions I hadn't needed to try. They did not look simple to use or that was my impression, I advise you get these as its a great price but use them as a component to an existing ecosystem rather than programming or using them independently.
